Kasih Hospice Foundation is committed to protecting the privacy of its patients and families, as well as its staff, volunteers, and donors / supporters. We will not release your name, address, telephone number, emergency information or other personal data to any third party without your consent, unless:
a) you explicitly instruct or allow us to do so, or
b) we are required to disclose such information by law.
2. Personal & Medical Data
The personal and medical information gathered by KHF is used to monitor and manage the wellbeing of patients and their families. We will not release your name, address, telephone number, emergency information or health data related to your medical history to any third party without your consent, unless:
a) it is part of obtaining alternative palliative support for a patient whose referral we are unable to accept, or
b) the patient / family member instructs or allow us to do so, or
c) we are required to disclose such information by law.
3. Your Email address
The email addresses you provide via this website are used to respond to your requests for information. Users who contact our site via email will not be subject to any communication from us other than as a response to their question or suggestion, unless specifically requested by the user.
